Surgery date was 8/29/11. Had my post op visit with doctor on Tuesday. I have another checkup on 9/22. My first fill will be 10/13. I was extremely excited to move from liquid stage to Mush.

I just had my surgery on 8/29/11. Just yesterday for dinner I was able to have MUSH food. That ground 3T of chicken and 1T of baby food sweet potato was the best meal ever. You can and will get through this "liquid" stage. I found hot decaf tea satisfied me. I could only take so much broth. Bravo to you for sticking to plan

Just banded this past Monday. Feeling pretty good this morning. I'm still on clear liquids and 3 protein shakes a day. Most likely when I go back on Wednesday I'll be able to go to the next stage... MUSH.
