I am almost 3 weeks into post op and I am so sick of shakes and want real food so bad. I am struggling to not cheat anyone have any suggestions on what liquids to have? All I have had is protein shakes, v8 soup, sugar free popsicles, juice and water..I feel like I need more options. This friday I can add mushy food but dont know what to eat, any suggestions on food or advice for staying positive would be great!
