Hi everyone! You all are doing so great. I have a long way to go. I am down 80, really Bummed because I wanted to reach 100 by my 1 year mark. But hey, 80 is better than zero!!! I know its my fault. Poor food choices, lack of exercise etc. I would like to lose 70 more. I am really trying to get my umph back!!!! How much have you all lost? I see your goal weights, but seeing the actual # of pounds lost gives me encouragement!
