I don't think 6 months will be the end of your weight loss. I was told that 12 to 18 months is where you will usually stop loosing and then start maintaining. I am 5 months out and I still have about 85 more pounds to lose. We can do this! You have done phenomenal! Your story is very inspirational! What is your goal weight?

Thanks for adding me, I found it so complicated here, to post messages and all!!! Sorry I'm a little lost! So my story basicaly is that I had my surgerey on Feb 3rd. At my highest weight on June 3rd 2010 I was 435, the day of my surgery 403 and today August 29th I'm 297 pounds! I go to the gym 3 times a week. I feel like I won't lose anymore is that true..The 6 months post op end of the honeymoon?
