Omg!! Hard workout today...15 min running, and then 5 reps of 5-8 wall climbs, 10 box jumps, 10 swinging on bar pulling legs up, and then added total of 20 pull ups...I'm dying n its awesome!! J love the wall climbs, super hard, but oh so good!!
