I went for my second fill and only lost 2 pounds. On my first one I only lost 11. Now I am jogging 4 days a week and seens like I am losing measures but not weight........

Hi,I need a help. I just had my second adjustment. After I left my doctors office I could eat everything;I was about to go back to his office;now one week has past and everything I eat get stuck and gives me hicups. I am kinda scared. Is this normal?
