Hello, I am also new. I have never done anything like this either. I got my lapband 1/16. I am two weeks post op. I have lost almost 30lbs so far but have been on a 400cal diet for the past two weeks and 800cal two weeks prior to that. I am ready for some real food. I am interested in what is to come and if anyone else has been banded lately. thanks for any input that you might have. c.m.
