I'm not sure if coffee is good for weight loss. I broke up with Starbucks and coffee I just want skinny more. My sample diet states decaf coffee but I won't chance it. I would hate to take another pic and coffee is in my picture stuck to my side disguised as a love handle. No thanks I'll pass...

Have you been walking? I would drink tea and have a gas x strip. Lay on your left side legs together knees bent and let it rip! If you are drinking Protein the powders cause had try Muscle milk light. (null) -
