The Subject Of Food And Meals

I felt the same way, I have to think more about food now than I did before! Sounds like you are on the right track. Your body will tell you when it is ready for a change, mine did. I really didnt have much of an issue getting into the good food routine, there are sooo many good choices out there if you really look. I am doing much better now, 6 months out. I can eat pretty much anything with no issues. Best of luck to you!
  11. I was able to have protein drinks the day I got home, a week later for thinned yogurts, soups etc

    Really Discouraged

You are doing great, that sounds about right. Keep up the good work and dont get discouraged, remember, slower weight loss means less loose skin!

    Psych Eval

Mine was a computer assessment which took about 15 minutes and then a 15 minute talk with the nut, very simple process, just a bunch of questions , some were kinda stupid but....
  14. Oh yes...started at 4 months...at 6 months now and still losing it. It is dryer than it was too...driving me crazy!!! I hope it stops soon...I have fine hair and I can reallly notice the difference. It does get better...but when?

    The Weekend Is Here...

    Loose Skin/ Hair Loss/ &weight?

First of all...congrats on your weight loss, you are doing amazing! I am 6 months out and have the same issues, hair loss, sagging skin ( that is only on my arms and a little on the butt...lol) You are just where your body needs to be, everyone is different. Keep up the fantastic work!
  17. Without a doubt...I would do it all over again! I had absolutely no issues. I am 28 lbs from goal in 6 months. Everyone is different but in reading this forum, most had very little or no issues. I wasnt able to lose the weight before but now I am. I had high blood pressure...gone! I have my energy back, I can keep up with the kids now too! I eat what I want. I make healthier choices but I do not go without. Best of luck in your decision.

    Birth Control?... Possibly Tmi

Thanks for the info, I will check and see if my prescription plan covers it, I never thought of that!

    Birth Control?... Possibly Tmi

I was told the same, using the dreaded condoms...grrr! I am thinking an IUD but my insurance doesnt cover it, weird huh? They cover weight loss surgery ( in full 100%) but not birth control like that, unbelievable! My husband is considering a vasectomy since we are 46 and 44, dont need any more kids!
