I AM SELF PAY AND I AM THE ONE THAT MADE THE MISTAKES BY NOT EATING CORRECTLY., I DIDNT TELL HIM THIS... BUT TO THE TUNE OF 5,000 OUT OF MYOWN POCKET.. THE ORGINAL SURGERY WAS 8300. OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. I AM JUST PAYING IT OFF TODAY...SHOOT. SO I AM GOING TO BE THE PERFECT BANDSTER PERSON. AND GET RID OF THE 8 PDS I HAVE GAINED SINCE JAN 07...THAT IS WHEN I WAS TOLD IT HAD SLIPPED DUE TO MY EATING HABITS. I HAVE BEEN BEATING MYSELF UP SINCE THEN.. I KNEW I HAD TO TELL MY HUBBY THAT I NEEDED TO GET THE BAND FIXED.. I CANT STAND TO BE OVERWEIGHT NOR CAN I STAND TO NOT DO WHAT IS RIGHT BY THE BAND. SO WITH A HEAVY HEART AND BANK ACCOUNT I NEED TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. SO WITH THIS IN MIND,, I GO TO TJ ON TUESDAY AND GO UNDER AGAIN TO GET THE BAND FIXED.. I WILL ENSURE THAT I AM THE PERFECT PERSON AND EAT AND DO MY THING THE CORRECT WAY BEGINNING WT 178/127/110. DR LOPEZ HERE I COME I WANT TO GET DOWN TO 110.

MY band slipped and I had to pay 5200 to get it corrected. self pay. but it was worth it..i was unfilled for 30 days. I went nuts

I didn't loose till after 2nd fill and it was around 8 pds a month..

For The Record,, My Dr Told Me It Would Cost 5700.00 For Repositioning Of The Band, 2nigh Stay, This Is In Tj, Dr. Lopez. Can Knock Of 500.00 If Ya Stay 1 Night

:help: :help: :help: :help: :help: After going down to TJ for 1 month and getting an unfill. I was told yesterday that it will cost me 5700. to get the BAND RE POSITIONED. BY DR. LOPEZ.... I WENT DOWN 1/22/07 and was told BAND NEEDS TO BE REPOSITIONED.. THE DR DID AN UNFILL AND XRAYS.. I WENT BACK ON 2./19/07 AND MORE XRAYS AND A FILL UNDER FLORO 1.9cc put it. So THEN I WAS TOLD THE SURG WOULD COST 5700.. I AM SELF PAY I NEED TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL 2 DAY/CARDIOLOGIST/NUTRITIONALIST/AND BLOOD WORK UP. I EMAILDED BACK AND ASK IF I CAN GET SOME OF THE WORK DONE BY PCP AND TAKE THE RESULTS BACK TO TJ WITH ME...TO SAVE SOME COSTS.. I AM NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF ANSWER I AM GOING TO GET :) WILL POST IT LATER

I dont eat any bread products at all. THey dont go down no mattr what kind of bread product it is....Biskets, toast, buns ect So I just don't eat them at all.. I guess I am doing myself a favor anyway.. less calories, and carbs..after 1 year I dont miss it at all Diane

Well I am up 5 pds and still have not eaten the way I am suppose to.
