Oh...and I have found another good way to cheat is just chew the food and spit it out...sounds gross...but sometimes I crave the texture of the food and it curbs my craving. -

Ha....if we weren't cheaters we wouldn't be in the situation we are in. I had to do shakes for two weeks...and did cheat....very little. I was fine with it. You will be great! -
