    Why Doesn't Anyone Say Anything?

    people keep asking me if i have always been this short ahahhhahaha that has me rolling every time. I am 5'3 and i guess since im not as wide people are noticing. The dumb people are anyway. I just say This is how tall ive been since 6th grade. Its funny watching then try to figure out whats different when it is sooo obvious :-D

    I have allergies, they sent me home on claritin. Thy are really small so you can swallow it.

    Drinking Enough Water Everyday

    I still struggle with water everyday 3 and a half months out. Dunno wht I'm gonna do in the long run for this....
  5. When I first started them I didn't fell much different, but the more weight I lose the more they help.
  6. It happens to us all, I get like that atleast once a week, usually after a few days of working out hardcore. I eat a lot of turkey lunch meat on those days, and almonds. Help me feel full.

    I drink the pink lemonade. They taste good but have a few carbs. Think 5 so if you are going low carb watch your count. I drank them a lot during the liquid phase.

    Totally. It will do it like crazy for atleast the first month. Over everything. If it bothers you you can take the gas x melts, They help a lot.

  13. Im glad. This isn't like a diet we can quit. We have to figure out what works for each of us and learn how to live with it. As long as we are eating clean the majority of the time we can have a half slice of pizza on occasion. I eat low carb 6 days a week (50-60) then on Sunday I don't calculate, count anything and just eat what I like as long as I still get Protein. Think that has helped me not stall and besides last week when I upped my strength training I have lost atleast 5 pounds a week for 3 months. Listen to your body, and do what's right for you :-)

    Soda Craving!

    Mt dew was my drug of choice. I drank probably a 12 pack a day full flavor. Drank it since I was 11. It will never touch my lips again. Last week my hub and I were in the car and I guess by 10 years of habit I just sipped a drink of his fountain coke from subway. The first drop that hit my tongue I bout died. Burned. popped. Fizzed. Gurgled. Coughed. It was awful. No soda For this girl.

    Scales

    I have 5 scales including a biggest loser one. None of them are accurate, I use the one at the gym.:-/
  16. I started weight training and gained 2 pounds in a week and a half. Now mentally I know muscle is denser than fat and I never eat over 1000 calories EVER. I usually stay at 600- 800 but on Sundays I don't count and it could possibly go that high. Anyway. I have upped my water obsessively to 120 oz counted my carbs religiously and upped my workouts to 2 hours a day. I can't stop thinking about those damn 2 pounds and I haven't been entering all my workouts on Myfitness Pal cause I know my friends will ask me whts going on. Those 2 pounds are haunting me at night. I had a dream I was in the hospital and my NUT kept force feeding me butter. I get it, gaining weight for over eating but gaining for working out?!?! Ahhhh too much.

  18. A great NSV. I went shopping this morning and found an awesome tube top like shirt. I fell in love with it and decided to grab it up. I hate trying on in the store, bad memories of nothing ever fitting. So I grabbed an XL and said to myself well it probably won't fit now but will be awesome for when we go to Florida in a month. I get home pull it up and it slides back down!!!! Woot woot!! So I go back to the store get the L in every color they had!! I love clothes so much I can't wait to buy more!!! Now If my bottom would just lose faster.... Ok with being pear shaped just wish it was a smaller pear haha.
  19. I like Okio plain greek. I put fresh fruit in it to add some flavor. Even Greek has a lot of sugar and carbs when you add the artificial fruit. It has 15 grams of protein.

    New Friend Issues.

    Once many years Ago a guy to me "you have such a beautiful face, if you lost 50 pounds I would marry you!" I told him "if I lost 50 pounds I would be so outta your league" It is distugisting how overweight people are treated especially since more than half of America is overweight!! Sometimes i think we have a chip on our shoulder as well, that makes it hard for us to open up to people. Even though we are thinner on the outside inside we are still the fat person. We have to try to move on and accept our new selves do other people can too. You might let someone who is meant to be in your life escape cause you can't let go. Does that make any sense?

    Eating Out On Vacation

    Go with protein first always. Chicken, fish, lean meat. Then some veggies. Go easy on deserts. And have so much fun!!

    Dehydration

    It happened to me about 6 weeks ago, I passed out in the kitchen and my daughter was the only one home. My husband rushed home and took me to hospital and they said I was severely dehydrated and I spent the day hooked up to Ivs, think I ended up getting 3 bags of fluid. I still struggle with my fluids sometimes. Dunno I just never feel that thirsty.
