    Movie Snack Suggestions

    I love popcorn. I get the 97% fat free from Kroger then sprinkle on some white cheese powder, only a few calories and some sodium. As long as my protein is on track I think that's an ok snack.

  3. I got a few samples of Baratric Advantage, I can't stand the taste, and the cinnamon calcium choked me. It tasted just like powered cinnamon I thought I was gonna choke to death. Yuck.

    Um what can you eat? I take almonds and jelly bellys. I eat my almonds then allow myself a few Beans but I wouldnt recommend that. Maybe a Protein bar or a smoothie? I used to sneak in so much food to the movies. Once I even took chips and salsa hahaha

    Hair Hair Hair Everywhere

    My doc told me to do a round of zinc vitamins. Just one bottle. My hair is falling out too. I also bought some salon shampoo called K-pec reconstruction so my new baby hairs will be nice and strong. I'm not working this summer so if i can keep my hair through vaca I won't go totally insane, but it has increased from just when I wash. Then wash and comb and now it's all over me All the time.

    At home I use a Tervis tumbler filled with jugged spring water with Tons of ice. At work I drink bottled smartwater. I love Smartwater!

    Hum.... Breakfast is hard for me too cause there are so many syrupy things. I miss French toast. I eat a few of the different Smart Ones breakfast. Could eat cereal, the milk has protein ofcourse and I mix powdered milk into my milk to add protein. I have just gotten so I eat turkey for breakfast lol. Or a fruit smoothie.

    I will be p!ssed if I lose a shoe size! I've got so many shoes! All my Nikes and Coach, my one lonely pair of Jimmy Choos. Sob I will heart broken.

    Saggy Skin?

    SOME insurances will cover skin removal, if you go to the doc for a rash 3 times in a year. I guess if the skin folds rub you wrong. Because you can get a yeast infection from the wetness which is health related I guess.

    29 carbs for 5 protein? No frikin way. Special K20 is 5 carbs for 5 proteins. I personally wouldn't drink it for that many carbs......

    Shoe Size

    My feet are narrower, I had a pair of heels that pinch me and I wore them for 4 hours on Friday and thRey didn't bother me a bit.

  19. Do you have Comcast cable? our digital box has channels on demand, fitness. it has tons of differnt things, even beginners. I do the 10 minute ab one every single day. Ill confess something, im also doing the kids yoga haha.

  21. i think my biggest one was, my husband and i were in bed and he kept elbowing me and finally i said what i wrong with you? he said there is something poking me, it was my hip bone hahaha. it doesnt stick out, but it is more prominent. i really am "hippy" lol

    Is It Just Me?

    yeah me too. I still struggle with the fluids. I actually broke one of my docs rules about the straw becuase i seem to suck down much more fluids when i have a tumbler in front of me with a lot of ice and a straw.I figure if he had to decide between dehydration and a straw the straw would win every time!

    Lacking Energy...

    Well, since you get full so fast you could eat higher calorie quality foods, or eat more often, up your carbs a smidge, and please dont forget to eat, maybe set an alarm on your phone on the weekends and keep almonds or protein bars in your purse for when your not at home. What are you getting in protein a day? for that many workouts your probally need 90? maybe? my trainer got on me i was eating my 60 grams a day and she told me that wasnt even covering my workouts. Also you need to be eating after workouts. quality foods. i put turkey in my gym bag to eat on the way home haha.
  24. i had my first protein bar (or few bites anyway) at 7 weeks. Gotta watch the bars though and read labels religiously. Most are high in carbs and sugar. My nut said 10. 10. 10 grams of cabs 10 grams of sugar. your better off having cottage cheese or greek yogurt. Lower fat and sugar.
