I'm glad to have found the site as I don't know anyone who has had a band and it is good to hear how everyone is getting on with theirs. I'm hopeful there are some men out there too as I'm sure the experence is different in some ways. I am seeing the dietician on Saturday 10th Sept to understand my pre op diet, which starts on the 15th. My operation is set for 29th and I'm really looking forward to it now the decision is made.
