Hi swtnatured, My name is Linda, i had my sleeve done 10/20/10.For the first two weeks i was on protein shakes only! I felt just like you "HUNGRY"! I wanted food but i wasnt hungry. Im now on a mushy diet and im not thinking about food anymore. I believe its all a mind thing.I go for hours not eating when before i would eat every couple hours and big meals. Ive been eating 2-4 oz. of soft foods 3x a day and a protein shake. Still cant drink all that water though! Good luck Swtnatured. I have lost 22 lbs so far and counting .
