banded nurse

I have been heavy my entire life. At times I would find a way to drop a little weight and like everyone else that has weight issues, I would gain it all back and then some. My son turned 2 and the pictures of me at his party were disgusting. I couldn't believe how big I had gotten. The other thought I had was how sad I was that I was too big enjoy playing with him or my step-daughter and I didn't have the energy to play. It took a while to get over my "oh-whoa-is-me" but I finally made the call in January just after my 31st birthday to set up my initial appointment. Luckily my insurance wasn't picky and on May 16, 2011 I was banded.
