I really don't know whats going on withy my body. I work out 6 days a week, been doing the insanity dvds, Pure Cardio, Cardio Core and Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I started only doing 15-20 min of each dvd and now I could do the whole dvd. I have also been counting calories and protein and water but no weight loss in 2 weeks. In a whole month I've lost 4 lbs. What could i be doing wrong? Help Someone!
