I've been stalling due to my own negligence. I really need to get my act together. I feel kinda sad today.

I don't get it, I ate a whole packet of trail mix (650 calories) yesterday and today I'm down 1.7 pounds. What the heck?

I'm really mad. My good cholesterol is on the ground. Less than half of what it is supposed to be. So I bought a trail mix packet only to realize that I had A DAY'S WORTH OF CALORIES EATING IT.

I've been misbehaving these past couple of days. I ate stuff i shouldn't and then I didn't eat before going to the gym. I had a peanut butter shake at the gym afterwards and almost passed out. Not sure what happened there but I need to go back to basics. Hi portein, low carb, water and veggies.
