for me personally there are people who are just negative in life in gerenal and no matter what they go thru it they will twist it to be negative and the same goes for positive people so if someone took offense the no big deal its either half full or half empty you choose how to take it someone else can not make you feel a certain way...I am just saying... I had a rough time but I choose to work thru it and move on not dwell or scare people with it my rough experience. Smile be happy your alive and working towards a healthier you!

I may be over weight but I raised three great kids I have been with my husband for 19 years and I have alot of great qualities so I don t see my value only being what my body looks like. Yes I got lapband and it will be nice to get in smaller clothes...but do not judge yourself solely on your weight...

I just laugh when I see my 35ish friends posting bikini pictures and then you see there daughters do the same thing lile mother like daughter its sad cause your just raising vain children...I tell my sons if they have nothing else in there life to be proud of then there body then those girls have nothing. omg what really cracks me up is when people that are past the 30's are going out and getting professional pictures done for no reason them posting them...really but you never see pictures of their children...they are so self absorbed...My kids are my life and I would rather get pictures of them then myself any day even if I had a rocking body....

nope he has geat grades and has a girlfriend already and she is a nice girl not a fastass making duck face girl...

I was once asked if I was preggers and i was not it hurts pretty bad I remember I went home and cried. But it taught me to think before I say so I don t make someones else sad.

I totally don t get the duck face either I have a 15 year old son and all we ever see on his facebook are girls that do that...

omg you have made me feel so much better... I got my surgery is august and only had one fill. No restriction at all so I have not lost that much will be getting a fill next month but i basicly gave up for months now trying to get back on track...I don t even know what size band I got or even what cc they put in my first fill...but this time I have a list of questions..

you should be ok but call your surgeon either way just to be on the safe side. Remember to take small bites and chew chew chew.... good luck

Pancakes are completely a no way, Bread is a nope too...rice also I don t touch it. I had to give up KFC completely I can not trust myself to eat the chicken slowly enough tryed it twice got sick twice...

I feel your pain I just started over two days ago have started walking and will be getting a fill next month have not had a fill in six month have not put more weight on but have not lost barely anthing since last fill.

thats my next goal onederland....can not wait.....

I had one too the pain it the shoulder was bad get up and walk even if you really don t want to my husband made me getup every two to three hours per doctors instructions it does help abit. it will slowly go away I chewed up tums alot.

I had it really bad it was me eating too fast or drinking too fast. I would get up and walk around the block. it will feel better after a short walk

I had the surgery back in sept 2011 and since then I have falling off the wagon, I have only lost about 20 lbs. Have lost two friends from suicide in the last few months, husband had surgery, was laid off and now I have finally gotten myself emotionally stable enough to get back on wagon. I realized these are all excuses and now I totally understand I am a stress eater. Got the water glass full for third time today...see no point in beating myself up anymore about not doing well. Please give me some direction on how to start over...Do I go back to just having soup and liquids to get back on track foor a week? Any input would be appreicated!
