I was banded on Aug. 5th. Thus far, I have lost 13 pounds and I feel great! I returned to work a week after the procedure and I have started a routine of walking and bike riding. Anyone know about how many calories I should be having a day? I have just graduated to soft foods, but I don't want to overdo it. Also, I have been drinking Ensure for the vitamins. Should I consider a different vitamin drink?
