Hello I have been looking for a post just like this I've been banded for three years and I've been struggling I always think the band doesn't work but it's a tool I have to work with. I never was a person that throw up a lot but I just never saw my scale move much a total of 50 lost and gained 25 back . Please tell me what and how you got back on track Please help me

Hello I was banded on 10/7/11 and only lost 55lbs I have a 11cc band with 9cc in and still not in green zone. I try to be patient and the surgeon say I just need to workout more and I feel like I want to be in the green zone and maybe I will workout more. I didn't get a surgery for him to tell me how I feel. What should I do help

Hello to all I've been banded in 10/7/2011 and only lost 52lbs I have a 11cc band with 9 cc in it. Is it safe to get. More fluid my surgeon acts like it is. I don't have a real good restriction

Okay I am thankfull to have all and support. It's no need to be mean all r different I have to understand my body to keep on losing and I will get this but I will be posting pictures on my progress

I would like to say thank you to all. I do know my calorie intake I have made my mind up and decided to really go Hard right after thanksgiving I am giving it my all. I will post a picture the night before I start. Love the support here

Hello everyone I was banded on 10/7/2011 I am only down 35lbs and So frustrated I just sarted a new workout program which is zumba 2 days a week and the gym cardio 2 days a week what else do I need to do? I have pretty good restriction I don't snack much but I will do a cracker or something no candy no bread. What to do plz

Hello I haven't blogged in a while thought I would have some good result pics to post but not. Please tell me the best way to get this weight lost thing going. I do have have some restriction but I can still eat bread, rice and noodles not as much but I have no problem swallowing is that good or do I need a fill. I really can't say I had an stuck issue I've been banded for abt 3 months and 2 fills I do feel more restriction with this fill but I can still eat bread but I don't once in a while so I am just learning more with. This band I ate hrs ago and still satisfied
