K... June 30th 2011 was surgery and 3 weeks ago went for my six weeks check up and had no refill( 2cc) where already injected day of surgery... Therefore did the white chalky liquid + ex-ray and no injection.... Unfortunately I do not feel like im full after my.1 Cup of food. Hungry 1 hr later????? Anyone else like this??? What did u do??? I'm a newb June 30 and I quit for 8 and went back to it.im just back of nerves... Takes Dr apt on 22 august when he tells me that I can work out im stopping doing great with my nutrition therefore time stop I sure can't work out with a smoke in my mouth....hehehe
