I haven't been sleeved yet - but I went to a support group meeting last night and if you're not able to take in protein, you could try some low fat or non-fat milk. Or some broth - put some chicken in and blend it smooth. I think if you can get some food down, you'll start to feel better. If you can't get anything down, I'd call the doctor - don't risk getting yourself in trouble. I bet way better days are just around the corner.
