Hello everyone! It has been a while! I lost 4 lbs since last weight in but will not allow that to get me down - remember drink 8 glasses of water, NO juices, potatoes, rice, bread or friend foods - and try to excercise some if possible - advice from the woman who did all of that last week before my fill yesterday! So I am telling each of you in oder that you do not make the same mistakes I did since it impacts our weight lost! When and if you feel like the COOKIE MONSTER like ...
