Someone who needs help

It had been two years and three months since I had Lap Band surgery done in Ky. and I've lost 8 lbs. I have stayed sick for two years and my Dr. just fired me because I was taking my medication in pills not liquid as he said he told me to do. I tried to tell him I had tried to get my medication in liquid and couldn't and some of it is time release but he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He said by law he had to tell me I could get another surgeon after telling me from the first seminar I went to that another doctor would not touch me. If I need anything make sure I come back to him, call me stupid but I believe him and never tried another one. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it I don't know if he can do this to me. Just three weeks ago he took my gallbladder out, he has also put me through so many test upper GI's, ultrasounds blood work and so on. I'm not sure just how many times he said he was trying to find out what was wrong with me, at times and he knows this the pain I'm having is almost unbearable.
