There is a support group the last Tuesday of every month at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital at 6pm. I lost about 10lbs on the pre-op diet!! Basically, little carbs, lots of protein. So I had surgery on Wednesday... Let me tell you, a bit more pain than what I had expected. Although its only Friday, and I'm feeling much better. I have no appitite at all, and am forcing myself to drink
