yamfry50 replied to Sharon1222's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I drink one to-go mug of coffee per day. On the weekends I may have 2 depending on how social I am and no complaints here! -
Hi Guys! I love Quinoa, and I am looking for some dessert recipes involving Quinoa. Does anyone know of any good ones? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I give my self cheat days as well. For the most part I'm pretty good. I've gotten more creative with my food and now I'm really enjoying my own recipes. I don't miss bread at all to be honest! I believe you can make anything taste good with the ingredients we are allowed to have

Hi everyone, I'm really enjoying everyone's recipes on this site..and the one's I have tried, turned out great! I'm having a family gathering next week, and wanted to offer a really good, healthy, lean, high Protein lasagne recipe to my guests. I've made lasagne in the past, but looking for something a little different that isn't too complicated..any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Super Protein, Gluten Free Grain!

Quinoa has become my new best friend and I only wish I had discovered it earlier! I eat it every day and can no longer it rice (just to heavy and cakey for me now) The great thing about Quinoa is that it is versatile, whether it as a side with spices or plain (it's tasty even with just butter!) or as a filler with salad. I've heard you can also use it as a base for dessert, but I haven't tried that yet. I love Quinoa! -
Wow, this would be a great brunch recipe for guests as well...will have to try this unique recipe thanks!

It's Friday so I let it slip a little...had subway for lunch, a hard boiled egg for breakfast and still trying to figure out what to make for dinner tonight. I might just do a quick salad, with left over barbecued steak, hardboiled egg, tomato, cucumber and chunks of cheddar
