Been active my whole life which probably helped compensate for the bad choices I would make when I ate. I am older now and have arthritis issues that has caused one hip to neep a replacement. Slower metabolism and reduced physical activity coupled with poor eating habits are a killer. I want to stop this madness now and start making a better life for myself. Being around for my fabulous grandson and being able to do things with him as he grows is very important to me as well.
