A new problem has cropped up in the last few months, and I hope, hope, hope someone will be have some ideas to offer. I'm having a hard time eating at all, lately. It can be noon before I finish my coffee or drink most of my protein shake (isopure); by the end of the day, I've only eaten 600-800 calories. Now this isn't completely terrible...I have started to edge down the scale again, but I feel cruddy all the time! My bottom stomach has that edgy hungry feeling and at the top, it feels like I just finished Thanksgiving Dinner and all I want to lay down and groan. I'm feeling weak and weaker, and I'm worried that my muscles are wasting I'm trying hertburn meds at my doctor's request, but I know it isn't heartburn!
