Being overweight has been a life long struggle for me. I have never been thin. I have been on every diet plan you can name. I will be getting the lap band surgery on 8/18/2011 after years of yoyo dieting. I pray that with the assistance of the lap band I can finally reach my goal of being healthy. My heaviest adult weight was 300 lbs with my lowest adult weight being 180. My current goal is 170 and maintaining that weight.
