I've been a truck driver with my husband for 8 years. I weighed about 200lbs, before i started driving. Because of my profession, there is a lack of time for excerise (not that it was number one on my list). I did not make good choices when it came to eating, and I ate whenever and whatever i wanted. My weigh balloon to
300lbs by the time I started thinking about what I should do. I did reseach on all the types of weight loss programs and surgeries. I also did Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig too, i had the most success with Jenny
Craig. After I decided which surgery, i went through all the procedures and I here I am now it has been a slow process. One of the reasons, I chose banding is because, I wanted a slow process. l have lost about 90lbs. I still have 65 lbs to go.
My jouney has not been without complication, some days are good with eating and i can good for weeks without problems and than it starts with the vomiting, indigestion. I tell myself I have to find the right regimen for my body. I have to drink milkshakes until my inside calm down. I like the lap band because i do have more over my eatting, i just don't like the struggles with what will work for me today.
reigmen for my body, because sometimes this is miserable. When i have these problems i have ti drin milksga
