Sorry, I just got your comment... Advice? Take it slow, day by day, and don't compare your weight loss to others who had it around the same time as you, everyone is different, and you will lose at your own rate. I have lost 95 pounds since March 2010, and I struggle to hit that 100 lb mark, but I look back, and it is a big accomplishment... Good luck to you on your journey =0)
