Ok so I have posted this once before a long while ago and now that it is closer to surgery, I think it will be more appropriate. I have plans to film my surgery. Like ACTUALLY film it.I have ok'ed it with my surgeon and everything. I received a digital camera for my birthday that I thought would do the trick but I am just a little scared that it wont..it only seems to want to film for like 115 mins total and that is on a FULL battery. I had planned on doing videos all the way down there and everything, so surely I won't have the space or battery life. SO I have asked once before if anyone would be interested in helping me film it. Now the question has changed to more of does anyone have a camcorder? OR is anyone going to BE at Jerusalem during my surgery that I may just borrow yours for my quick surgery. Heck I am not shy you can film it yourself as far as I am concerned. This is just VERY important to me and my Vlog and I REALLY need help with it. IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS or anything please let me know. I was going t o just borrow someone camcorder, but the only two people I know who have one will be on vaca with theirs when I go to MX. THANKS SO MUCH! I know with ya'll help I will come up with something!

I was going alone originally. Janet just volunteered to record my surgery for me cause I asked if anyone wanted to. She wont be there the whole time so I feel your "pain." I really don't mind being alone so much either...It is like a vacation from my annoyingly thin sisters... = D

I dont own a heating pad janet do I really one?....I am honestly packing less than that, I just have WHOLE LOT of cosmetic liquid stuff in that tiny one quart bag lol AND I have a lot of electrical stuff, digital cam, camcorder, laptop, I pod, Portable hard drive...lol ....Ill figure it out eventually ... definitely sooner than later..

Janet you KNOW that is just not happening with this lady....I JUST CANT allow myself to pack light, but I did find the other carry on with the wheels....I have some mental block, or may just retardation that will not allow me to pack lightly for anything.....You will see in the vid that I post, I SWEAR that IS light packing, SWEAR it..I am putting that video up Sunday... I am a train wreck...

Yeah so far the only thing I have purchased is that one thing of Vanilla, and I made sure to get it from GNC cause you can exchange there with a receipt! = D Vanilla generally lends itself well to other flavor and wouldnt take much to make it taste like something nice lol ...ugh seriously my surgery cant get here soon enough now = /

Did your body adjust to it like it does most over the counter sleeping pills? Everything I take I end up having to take more of eventually because my body builds up tolerance to it? If not, I might need to try that = D Thanks, Tiff

I am!! Thursday was my last day of school. So now I am just trying to wait it out. I KINDA started packing. Not much , mostly I was trying to clean up my room, I am sure I wouldn't want to deal with it when I come home so I took care of it before I left. I went on a relatively large shopping trip to GNC and Walmart to get stocked on SF Popsicles and chicken broth. I am gonna do a video Sunday of what I am taking along with me.. and maybe one before that giving measurement and a weigh in...At this poing I am looking for anything to keep me busy ....Getting a little nervous....Starting to eat everything in the house, but mostly excited = D

Sooo today, I was getting ready for school, just minding my own business when boom it hit me....Staring in the mirror looking at my hairline I started to notice that I can see MUCH more of my scalp in between hairs than I remember. freaking out a little I started parting my hair and combing and seeing how much of my scalp i could see here and there....And what do you know...I DO have thinner hair. But wait! This can't be! I HAVENT EVEN HAD SURGERY OR LOST THE FIRST POUND YET! What is horrible about it, is I have actually lost my hair twice before ( I am a hair stylist, It is what we do LOL) But for some reason watching it go over time like I might have to, DOES make me a little sad. So when I got home I started googling, and behold maybe an answer? I have hypothyroidism, which APPARENTLY cause hairloss but I havent been taking my meds = [. My pcp is being a bitch and wont write me another script for my meds until I come in again (I dont have insurance)...WELL I am 10 days from surgery too... I WAS planning a visit for about a month after surgery but at this rate I feel like I might be bald by then. I am actually a little scared! I havent been scared this WHOLE time about any of it.. Only excited, but now I am feeling just blahhh = [ Sorry this post is not really about anything...I am just freaking out a little

Uhh I dont care who you are, IF you go to another country to have a surgery done it is RUDE and arrogant to think for one second that everyone around you should speak your native tongue..That is just a risk you take going somewhere else...I HATE when people complain that someone didn't "understand" them...DUH! you aren't speaking THEIR language...

I have just always had a skewed view that if you work with the public...then you are in the business of customer service...and if you DONT provide a satisfactory service then I should be able to without payment for any service until I am satisfied. I understand that YES she is a Dr, but I am not asking for a heart transplant or heroin, just the CORRECT thyroid dosage...

Well I thought that might be the case..that maybe after the weight loss it would level out but I have mentioned it in another post of mine and the few people I got to respond said they still have to take their med after weight loss...I really dont get what is going on with these Dr's and just BLATANTLY not doing there job and just being like "Oh well"

HHAA YES TIFF! Well I had NO IDEA what she was doing really I just figured it out because I got a little more educated about it. The onld scale said if my tsh levels were above 5, they were too high...so she gives me JUST ENOUGH of a dose to get under 5...WELL the new scale says I am supposed to be under 3....AND she just like REFUSES to accept it...Because the AACE "suggested" it...Like that is their job or something? lol I have never met a woman I want to throat kick 90% of the time I have to talk to her. I REALLY THINK it is because I am fat that she wont listen to me. I think that she thinks I have this misconception that my levels are what is making me fat..and honestly that shouldn't matter. I want to be under three, do you f'ing job and get me under THREE!

But I mean...Can you just buy things without a script down there? I dont really know how that works. I mean I SPOKE with my surgeon and he said he would be happy to test my levels and I asked for a 3 month supply and he said that is fine...but if it is cheaper can I continue to get it from there (MX) somehow? I wouldnt care but honestly my pcp is a bitch. She refuses to use the new scale so my levels are higher than normal and she just wont adjust my dose. Plus her head nurse is ...well....someone I wouldn't mind hitting with my car..You would THINK that my thyroid meds were narcotics or crack cocain! I swear they way they both act it is ridiculous..

Lol I will be drinking a newcastle....or 6.. honestly I know that say it isn't "goodbye" It is just "see you later" about alot of the food we eat...But the one thing I always notice is that lots of people can not handle carbonation and bubbly stuff after...I will miss beer, so much. I am still praying that I may one day be able to get down a Mimosa or two after surgery...My two favorite things...Beer and champagne...I am such a high class trailor park dweller LOL I kid I kid!

Well I changed my mind again and again...I actually found like all travel size things of my hair and skin routine. I got really lucky because at my school we had a bunch of travel size thing laying around that I can take... SO that helps so I decided to go back to the carry on...I HATEEEEEE Checking a bag..Like REALLY REALLY HATE....But then I was thinking I am going to have my purse and a carry on, and my laptop will be in there and camcorder, and my digital cam on top of all my clothes(Not really taking many things) and I really think that is going to make it really heavy though...I am looking for a carry on with wheels in the house right now because I Still dont want to check a bag but i also dont want to hurt myself either = /
