Well ive been stuck while in the privacy of my own home before and raising my arms helped a little. But im more concerned about getting stuck when im out in public. Doing the "windmill" might get some unwanted attention! -
Are they worth buying to have on hand for stuck episodes? Do you recomend anything else?

Dont be hard on yourself either though. Its a time of limbo, everyone goes through it. -
I was told ahead of time that shrimp was "off limits". So, i hust havent tried it. I dont believe that "chew chew chew" is always the answer.
