Eating less may actually improve your memory. In a recent study people who cut their calories by 30% improved their memory performance by 20%. Researchers suspect that cutting calories reduces brain insulin levels and inflammation, which, in turn, helps brain function..... Just some food for thought :-)

I was going to exercise this morning after work, but my leg is acting up. Will re evaluate in the afternoon, there's a Zumba and yoga class I can attend.
