I do not think i have been struggeling with my weight like most people here in this forum.
I make good food joices but eat enormous portions and could eat a 3 course meal in less tha 5 min........
My ankles, knees and hips are damadged from years of running and high impact sports. I am now diabetic and struggle with high BP.
My Dr. ( who is also my friend) has been telling me I need to keep my weight down to not hurt and to be able to get off meds.
I am confident the lap band was a great choice. It is the tool I need to healthier living
