Hey everyone! Nice to see everyone is getting some results! I have 4cc in my band and I feel little restriction...ive only lost 5 lbs since aug 15. I feel like i should be losing more...Im also not eating very many calories most the time less than 800 calories..I start my work outs tomorrow at our new gym that just opened so hopefully this will help also! Im down 10-13 pounds since July 20 :/ Guess its better than nothing...I know we all think that it should just fall off like a miracle, atleast thats what i thought at first, but i have learned that it takes hard hard work!!!! Good luck and keep in touch!!! -
Hello! I had surgery July 20 and he added 3cc during surgery and my first fill was aug 15 and only add 1cc i felt a little restriction at first but not much..I have lost between 10-13 pounds it goes up and down daily! my starting weight was 230 so we arent too far from each other! Keep in touch and we can share our journey together!

Hey there! I also had mine done July 20 with no pre surgery diet and I had my first fill Aug 15 and i felt a little restriction but not much I am only down 12-14 pounds it goes up and down daily...yes i weigh myself all day long. I hope to keep in touch with you so we can share our journey with each other!

OMG! I was banded july 20 and have only lost 10 pounds! What in the world are you eating? Give me some details i want results like you! haha keep up the great work

I am in the same boat but I am a month and 1 day from surgery and I have lost between 10-12 pounds seems like i cant budge from there...i weigh myself all day long everytime i use the bathroom im on the scale..my husband actually suggested me putting the scale in the car so i stop freaking about over it...good luck stay in touch with me!

Wow we started off at the same weight...how did you do it? I am struggling with myself. I was banded july 20 and ive only lost 8 pounds..i feel like im doing everything wrong. Im only filled 4cc and feel not much restriction.

I have 4cc put in and ive only had 1 fill. 3cc during surgery and 1cc at my first visit. I am still feeling very hungry and feel like i can eat a lot. I had surgery July 20 and have got down to 12 pounds lost but had a weekend at the beach and kinda cheated and now im only at 8 pounds lost. Im struggling bad. I need some help, i guess im just not restricted enough.

My surgery was July 20 and I have only lost 9 lbs. I have my first fill tomorrow 8/15 so hoopefully something will change! Im ready to see results! Right now, I feel hungry a lot and I feel like I am able to eat too much!! Anyone have that same feeling almost a month after their surgery????

I had my first fill august 15 and from that monday to friday I lost 6 pounds making me 218 but then that weekend i went to the beach for a family function and i really didnt eat much of anything i think my calories came from what i was drinking...I came home and gained that weight back..today I weigh 223 and im depressed about it but i am hungry..I dont know what to do...any suggestions to get me out of this weight rut? Thanks! -

I had my first fill monday 8/15 and i got 4.5cc and i couldnt keep my water down so they took .5 out now i have 4cc but my doc put 3cc during surgery but i really feel the restriction just from that little bit..its wonderful! Ive lost 5 pounds since monday so its doing something right!!! Good luck!!! -
I can definetly tell I have had a fill! I feel great and I only have 4cc in right now..I baked me some chicken yesterday and I only ate a few bites because i was satisfied! I learned if i keep myself busy and always keep a water with me I dont feel as hungry! I am almost down 6 pounds since monday just because im not hungry!!!! Hopefully this will last awhile, i dont go back until 4 weeks...good luck girls!

Drink coffee in the mornings and it will help you through the day to not feel starving thats how ive managed!!! I got my first fill Monday 8/15 and i weight 224 monday and today 8/17 i weigh 219 from drinking coffee and tons of water!! -
Wow you have done amazing! I hope i can do half as good as you have! Congrats!!!! I will have to read up on your tips because i was just banded july 20 and i am already being hard on myself for only losing 12 pounds...

I had my first fill yesterday and i am still on liquids I lost 4 pounds since yesterday only because i havent ate anything yet. I think i need to get my mind set on eating healthier i was eating what i wanted but only in small amounts and not excersing..they made me realize yesterday that its not a miracle thing i have to really work at it so i have set my mind to do so!! Where did you have your surgery?
