I do too... even the liquid ones I was taking before are making me nauseous. I switched to VitaCraves (I think that is it) they are gummies. But I ordered VitaMist. They are sprayables. Kinda like breath spray. I hope it tastes good! -
I think I did hear that there is one. Not sure though.. maybe search for it and see what comes up.

For anyone interested, I was on Ebay and noticed that someone is selling the Unjury Chicken Soup container. It is only buy it now for $10 and shipping is $8. It is a really good price because I paid $22.95 on the website plus tax and shipping. If I liked it, I would ****** it up. It is too salty for me after surgery. -

My 10 day (week 3) stall is finally over. I have lost .2 the last two days. I think it is the start of something good! I am happy to be under 40 BMI!

Mine only wants me to eat 3 times as well, but I usually have a snack or two depending on how hungry I am. Sometimes I split my lunch and eat half later.

I am SO glad I am on soft foods already.. I am well on my way to eating normally (althought lots less) again. These look delicious!

I have no idea what size bougie I have. I just ate my dinner and I only ate 2 oz of the meatloaf. My counts for the day: 430 calories 37 carbs 8 fat and 51 Protein.

I am 4 weeks out. It seems like I can eat a lot too. I also get hungry w/in a couple hours of eating. Today's food so far: B- Chiboni yogurt 6 oz.. I ate the whole thing. L- 7 shrimp w/ cocktail sauce (tiny shrimp) Later I ate the other 6. It was a total of 3 oz of shrimp. I weighed it at home. S- A Frigo lite cheese stick dinner - I am eating meatloaf. I measured out about 3 1/2 - 4 ounces of meatloaf. I will probably only eat half.
