Hello My Name is Antoinette: I had my Gastric Sleeve on July 6th, 2011. I am down 54 lbs. I doing good, and feeling better each day. I have a lot of mind games with my self, because I think my mind and not yet adjusted to my new way of life. I am walk almost every day for at least a 1 hour a day. Still having trouble getting the 64 oz down, but I am working on it. I am so glad I decided to have this done.
