Yes, mine has moved on to my shoulder as well. Yesterday I felt like I was having a heart attack every time I drank something. Today already feels like a better day. I took the dog for a pretty decent walk and I am feeling more like myself. thanks for keeping in touch with me!

But it got get better as the week went on. By day 7 I was done with the gas. Fortunately, I lost 20 pounds before surgery, and about 15 since. I go tomorrow for my first fill. Will keep you posted. Keep up the good work.

Hi, thanks for adding me as a friend. Please forgive me if i don't respond real quick...I am a little slow at getting to my messages. You are 4 weeks exactly behind my surgery. I had my surgery 8/19/2011, and so far, I have done pretty well. day 4 was the turning point for me as far as the gas went too, but that is because it decided to move to my left shoulder.

Good morning. Yes the 4th day was my turning point. I was actually able to get 1 1/2 mile walk in. A slow walk but it sure did help with the gas. I keep the gas x strips with me at all times even now. They are not too bad tasting wither (always a plus).

Today was a little rough, I think its because of all the trapped gas. I hear Day 4 is usually the turning point. Yes we are band sistahs now!!

I am so glad to hear your surgery went well. How are you feeling today? My worst day was Friday after the surgery. Now we truly are band sistahs :-)

Papapya Enzymes are chewable tables used to help food digest... you can buy them at Walmart (i got mine here) or I'm sure anywhere that sells vitamins... you use them when something is stuck in your stoma... I didn't need them until I had my 2nd fill I believe.... I was eating to fast didn't chew well enough and got stuck...
