I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I also drink only coffee for breakfast. And I do drink regular, but I heard that you should limit yourself to the caffeine? I have to have my coffee (I believe I'm an addict when it comes to coffee in the morning?). My band is so tight in the morning that it is impossible for me to eat. In the evenings, it's a different story---almost 4 yrs. out with my band and this still boggles me?
