my friend and i went to seminar last year in sept. we were not sure what we wanted to do. my friend had it done this year in may and i had it done aug 8 of this year. the liquid deit sucked the first week. iam on my second week and its not has bad has the first week. i have heartburn! going out to day and getting some over the conter meds and try them first for heartburn. before surgery lost 11 lbs. will updated weekly
