Hello I was Banded 2-14-07 and I am looking forward to exercise, but does anybody know what's good for the Granny! arms I've losed 10lbs so far and I want to tighted my arms, I know I will allways have that giggle, but if there's away not to have that fat hanging down?

Well I wish could shed some light on the pre-op diet? but I'm day 2 on my 7 day diet, my surgery is on the 7th of Feb, and I'm having a tough time right now, I'm drinking slim fast, soup and jello, please help me!! somebody I know can do this, but it's HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
