I also support the ACA. You have the option to keep your employer insurance or go to the market place and replace it with another if you don't like yours. My insurance premiums have not gone up for this next year and we just completed open enrollment. Why shouldn't people have the opportunity to have health insurance. If you have it why shouldn't others. Like I said before I am tired of my property taxes going to local hospitals to the tune of 400.00 x how many homeowners live in Duval County for people who are uninsured to get their bills paid or for those who run to the ER for a broken finger nail and don't pay their bill. If you don't like what it represents and you choose not to get it then you cant blame others for wanting what they deserve to have. I have family members who had no insurance and also friends and they were happy to get affordable insurance now and be covered. So my kids should go without insurance because some of you don't approve. Well too bad because they deserves to have insurance. You want to cry because premiums and copays are going up well it has nothing to do with the ACA its insurance companies doing what they want. Its a business and every business raises prices every year. My son is covered and I am happy.

You're not a failure. Are you eating enough protein and not eating starchy carbs? Are you drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, having bowel movements regularly? All these things affect weight loss.

Your hunger is going to take a few fills. Its basically up to you right now. Also you will not lose weight every single week. In order to lose one pound you must burn 3500 calories. One to two pounds a week is all that should be expected. Its a slow process. Some lose fast and others don't.

Thanks for posting this so that those who feel that Obamacare is affecting them in some way. As I said before everyone deserves to have health insurance. My premiums go up every year and have for the last ten years not because of AHA. The problem I see is that people have an issue because Obama is black. If a white Mitt Romney had won the election and passed the same law not one person would be complaining about it. Frankly I am sick of paying for undeserving people collecting disability and getting a free ride when they don't need it, I am sick of people getting admitted to the hospital to get their drugs on my tax money. Now the drug addicts will have to pay for their own habits.

Well it really does not matter who does not like it, the fact is the law was passed by the supreme court and congress and all the arguing in the world is not going to stop it. I have no issue with people needing insurance. I wont blame my premium increases on the affordable care act because they have gone up every year before this ever happened. As long as I/you have health insurance then I/you do not have anything to complain about. This argument can go on forever but the fact is the Affordable Healthcare Act is in full force so like it or not it is not stopping it.

What taste good before surgery may not taste good after surgery. I bought banana flavored protein powder and could not stand it after surgery. Buy it as you need it.

That is just the ignorance of people to weight loss surgery. They don't get it that none of this is the easy way out. They should have to know what it's like to be obese and even after losing the weight its still hard to maintain. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the time when you protein shakes come in handy to get your protein and calories in. Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, lunch meat, boiled eggs, chicken or tuna salad. There are many ways to get in the calories and protein without going over your calories. But definitely you need to step it up

There will always be some population of people who will not be able to afford health insurance. Does it make it right? No. I think the biggest issues they need to solve right now is paying fallen soldiers families money they deserve to get and get their asses back to work and find some way to clear up this mess. Not one of them Republican or Democrat deserve any of our votes again. That is the only way we will surely make sure that we are not happy with them loud and clear. There is always going to be some BS that any president does that most will not like but to keep families from having money who have lost their son in war is a disgrace if I ever saw one.

The US is not trying to have universal care because it does not work. They are providing plans for people who do not have insurance based on their income. Yes people who have universal health care do come to the US for treatment because if you need a knee replacement in Canada it is not considered a necessity so they are put on a waiting list. Then they come here, get it done and go back home leaving the bills for tax payers and I don't need any statistics to prove that to me because I see it every day in all the hospitals I have worked in Florida. Many people from many countries that have so called universal healthcare do not get what they need and they do come here to get it then leave their big bills for us to pay Why? Because they are not insured here and go to the ER and get admitted. The affordable Care Act is for those who do not have insurance through work and need it.
