Me 2 ! Her face makes me need anger management

She can say what she wants but she is not a doctor and she can't say one thing will work for everyone. I know 3 people with lap band and it us true the struggle to get fruits and veggies to digest and they both vomit pretty regular. On a road trip for work once one girl had to stop 3 times to get out and throw up . That is not the life I want I have made my choice to get the sleeve to look out world

I just felt almost boxed in or on the spot like all eyes on Sadie let's see what she has to say for herself . I have been at my job 61/2 years they are like my second family, and just like family they all want to weigh in. Ya know when I start losing they would either say I am sick or on drugs so I was like ok I am getting . I just held my ground and he walked off ( I had my fingures crossed he would trip and fall) I do have some that are very supportive and I think the thin girls worry that itay pull attention away from them. It's just so nice to open up on here and just get support from people who just want to help others and be there . It is a support system like none I have seen before and that will keep me motivated . Thank you everyone

I am also going with Dr. Kelly and my Date is Feb 21st I am taking my husband he is Hispanic and you are more than welcome to hang with us.

I am booked with Dr.Ramos Kelly and I have heard nothing but good about him and I have done some digging thats for sure . At first I was going to go with Dr. Almanza Reyes but there was just way to many bad things about him for me to be comfortable so I switched. it was just my personal choice there were also lots of happy customers who went to him so it goes both ways. Just do your research and you will find the one you are comfortable with

My suggestion would be to sit down write her a letter and ask that she be a part of the process with you. Ask her advice on after care and getting enough vitamin intake. You can't live your life to please others no matter who they are or what they have done for you . It seems she is an awesome caring person who might get disappointed at first but in the end wants to be part if the solution. Best wishes I hope you work it out

Maybe that's just one more reason this is such a great site. People who have been where you have and those about to start that journey. People just don't get it or understand it so they say things they don't know about. I get ya though girl you can only hear the dame comment so many times before you have had enough .

OMG this is just how I feelI am scared as well and I have 5 kids the youngest was just 6 mo on the 1st. I also think if I dont have it have it what kind of mother can I really be at this current weight. No one can choose for you but please look at the big picture and the long run effectsof the surgery and staying over weight.I wish you the best I know this is a huge life changing choice

Hey Miters that sounds like a plan to me! I am so excited now that I switched Doctors. I was going to use Dr. Almanza Reyes but backed out because it just didn't feel right to me and I want this to be a happy experiance . I am having surgery the 21st so who ever goes first can keep the other posted . Glad ya found me

I am right there with you girl I have been just sitting back and reading then joined a couple of days ago. I love that people just want to share what they have been through and encourage others. I am glad you are here

@Neanie ,that is funny I am from TX as well and while I dont have any additional health problems with my wieght it is just a matter of time Ifeel beforethey start to appear. I am super happy for you and watching your grandchildren will be twice the fun when you can be more active with them .
