Goodbye 260's!! 9 pounds away from my goal I set last Christmas to lose 100 over the course of the year.

What the heck is going on here. I lost 30 pounds between Jan and April 2nd. I have only managed to lose 3 pounds this month. A little frustrated today...I guess I need to change somethign up.

Three more hours to go then off for 5 days!! Before the first vacation since last summer with the exception of surgery.

I just checked in with my Niece in Boston. Thankfully she was in her Dorm on the otherside of town. Worried about her friends who volunteered at the Marathon.

Cracked the half way point this morning. Down 97lbs since April. Need to crank it up more. I am not working hard enough at this.

I did a couple of nights with out my CPAP and I am feeling great. Looking forward to a new Sleep Study to see if I can really lose this thing for good!

Got a 1cc fill this morning. Only 2lbs in the past month. I took a beating this past month with all the personal issues and I let it affect my progress. Time to get busy and make it right...

I had the nastiest stuck episode last night. Over cooked my chicken and it was dry. Took me an hour to clear it. Slime city anyone?

So far good morning. Slept in, got on the scale and down another 2lbs. 400.6 so close to the 3's!!

Day 1 of Carb Cycling. 40g of carb for breakfast. May wind up with too many carbs by days end. May have to adjust.
