Little frustrated this morning. Scale has not moved in weeks. Seems like all this walking I've been doing has hindered more than help.

So I had some pretty awesome 'restriction' from Jan to Apr and now it seems to have tapered off. Already at 9.5cc..getting a bit discouraged

Even with weight coming off I question myself daily as to whether or not I am doing this right.

So annoyed today and I hate being annoyed on Friday. I bought concert tix for my wife and I for a show in July just to find out she has a wedding for us to attend.
