Hi KAYMAC32, I had surgery with Dr. Bagnato on August 19th, 2011. To answer your question regarding back/shoulder pain. Yes, I had the shoulder pain too but not the back pain. I was constanly asking my family to massage my left shoulder. I am 2 weeks out from surgery and it has now gone away. I hope that you get to feeling better soon!

This is probably a silly question but I keep reading on various sites where people with the lapband are able to eat Sushi. How do you do this with having to take such small bites? I would love to have a California roll right now.
