    I have PCOS. I was just banded 10 days ago so I really can't speak to a banded weight loss. However, I have lost and gained weight many times over my life and definitely ovulated more regularly when I was thinner. I am also on Metformin which helped a lot when I first started taking it. For me, I always feel my PCOS is better when I am thinner. HTH
