I am a 36 year old mom to 3 beautiful children. My problems with weight control started with the birth of my first child 13 years ago. It has been a constant battle since with lot's of yo-yo dieting. This past year I was diagnosed with PCOS and now can not lose weight to save my life! I have been researcing the lap band procedure for about 6 months now and I feel that I am making the right decision with scheduling this surgery. The hardest part for me right now it getting my insurance company (Kaiser) to cooperate or finding a way to pay cash for my procedure.
